Electric Twin Well Deep Fryer

The Winco EFT-32 electric countertop deep fryer is a commercial-grade solution featuring two independent frying wells, perfect for cooking vegetables, chicken, french fries, and more. Each well is powered by a 1750-watt heating element, delivering fast heating and quick temperature recovery for consistent results during high-volume frying in restaurants, concession stands, and fast-food operations.

Built for durability and ease of use, the fryer includes stainless steel wells with covers that can be easily removed for cleaning. A variable temperature knob allows precise heat control, and the unit comes with two commercial fryer baskets and a removable power head. Each well holds 8 liters (16 liters combined), equaling 32 lbs or 4.8 gallons of oil. Dimensions are 21-1/4″L x 16″W x 13-5/8″H, and it operates at 120V~60Hz, 1750W per well, 15A per well.
