Constructed from durable 16-gauge aluminum with a non-stick glaze coating, all pans measure 18" x 26" x 1" and are available in a variety of slot configurations. Designed for hand washing only, proper care includes allowing the pan to cool before cleaning, washing with warm water, mild soap, and a non-abrasive sponge, and thoroughly drying immediately to prevent limescale buildup. For cooked-on residue, boiling in water with vinegar for 4–5 minutes helps loosen food before washing and drying.
