Round Aluminum Dome Basting Cover
Aluminum grill cover used to cover hamburgers and retain steam for thorough and even cooking. Suitable for use in commercial kitchens and grill operations. Hand wash only, as aluminum products are not dishwasher safe.
Cleaning and Maintenance:
Allow product to cool completely before washing. Clean with warm water, mild soap, and a soft non abrasive sponge. Dry immediately and thoroughly with a cloth or paper towel to prevent limescale formation. To remove cooked on food residue, boil in water with vinegar for 4 to 5 minutes to loosen residue, then wash, rinse, and dry as directed.
